Pre-Orders

  • Items purchased on pre-order will be clearly marked on the product page.

  • Pre-order items will be shipped from the end of October.

  • If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will be held and shipped together unless otherwise arranged.


Restricted Shipping Regions

Due to courier limitations and customs restrictions, we are unable to ship to certain countries and regions. This includes (but may not be limited to):

  • Russia and Belarus

  • Argentina and Venezuela

  • Select regions in Africa (outside South Africa)

  • Certain small island nations in the Caribbean and Pacific Islands

We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders placed from restricted regions.


Additional Information & Legal Terms

  • Shipping Fee Cap: The maximum shipping charge per order is $65. If your parcel exceeds this cost, we will absorb the difference.

  • Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days for in-stock items. Tracking details will be provided once shipped.

  • Customs & Duties: International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees determined by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the purchase price.

  • Tracking Information: All orders are shipped with tracking. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.

  • Split Shipments: In rare cases, we may ship your order in multiple parcels to ensure faster delivery. You will not be charged extra for this.

  • Authority to Leave (ATL): Some couriers may deliver parcels without requiring a signature. By placing an order, you agree that parcels delivered to the provided address are considered received. We are not responsible for theft or loss after delivery.

  • PO Boxes & Parcel Lockers: We can deliver to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers within Australia. International orders may require a physical street address.

  • Lost or Delayed Parcels: Once dispatched, we are not liable for delays, loss, or theft in transit. If a parcel is marked as delivered but cannot be located, the customer must follow up directly with the courier. Refunds or replacements will not be issued for lost parcels.

  • Incorrect Shipping Information: Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be reshipped at the customer’s expense.

  • Returned to Sender Parcels: If an order is returned due to refusal to pay customs charges, failure to collect, or incorrect address, shipping fees are non-refundable. Reshipment may be arranged at the customer’s expense.

  • Unforeseen Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, natural events, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control.

  • Carrier Choice: We reserve the right to select the most suitable courier (Australia Post, DHL, FedEx, UPS, or similar) depending on destination and parcel size.
