Cancellation policy

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet shipped.

  • To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at hello@bighani.com.au

  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for further details.

Pre-Orders

  • Pre-order items are clearly marked on product pages.

  • Pre-order items will be shipped from the end of October (unless otherwise stated).

  • Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items will be held until the pre-order is available, unless separate arrangements are made.

  • Pre-orders cannot be cancelled once processed, except as required under Australian Consumer Law (e.g. faulty or misrepresented products).

Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items

  • Items purchased as final sale, clearance, or marked as non-returnable cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded.

  • Gift cards are non-refundable.

Refunds & Replacements

  • Refunds are only available for items that are faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

  • If your order qualifies, refunds will be issued to the original payment method once returned and inspected.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
